Privacy of personal information:

We will always store your personal details securely. We’ll use them where they are necessary to provide the products and services that you have requested. We will communicate with you in the way(s) that you have agreed to. Your data may also be used for analysis purposes and personalisation, to help us provide the best service possible to you. We may also, on occasion, still need to send you important service messages. You’ll be able to manage your preferences, for example how often you are contacted. Your Lost Item

Please note:

  • For any passports left on the service towards BHX, please contact the local team on 07977383201 (available between 0800 - 2200).
  • If not collected, passports, driving licences etc. will be returned to the relevant governing body after one month.
  • Perishable items will be disposed of on the day.
  • Bank, credit and other money storing cards, will be securely destroyed as soon as our lost property team receive them.
  • Other items will be stored for 28 days and then donated to charity or securely destroyed as appropriate.
