    General

We operate our flagship service between Leicester & Birmingham Airport.

Please remember to leave sufficient time between your coach arrival at the Airport and your flight check-in time. We would recommend at least 1 hour prior to the opening of your flight check-in. Check with your airline regarding check in and boarding times.

At the driver's discretion, Aircoach UK will aim to accommodate your booking if you are running late through no fault of your own. However, customers with bookings for a specific departure would be given priority, and you may have to wait for a later service.

It’s great to know you’d like to praise a member of our team – you can let us know on this form.

No - Aircoach operates the same service on 7 days a week, 365 (or 366!) days a year.

Children 23 months and under can travel for free as long as they travel on an adult’s lap.  Please note, there’s no luggage allowance for an infant.  To ensure the safety of your baby we recommend bringing a child car seat, please note that the responsibility for fitting the seat rests with you.  When bringing a child car seat, please ensure that you book a seat for your child.

Please complete the form on our website and we’ll do our best to reunite you with it. All lost property will be held at First Leicester Control Centre, Belgrave Gate, Leicester, LE1 3GQ for up to 28 days.

Sorry, we don’t. There are toilets available inside the terminal at Birmingham Airport and at St Margaret’s bus station during normal opening hours.

    Tickets

For the best fares and a guaranteed seat we recommend booking on our website aircoach.travel up to 4 hours before departure.

Subject to space being available, our drivers will be happy to sell you a walk up fare of £16 – if there’s no space available, they’ll advise you of the next departure time. If you know when you’re travelling, it’s best to book ahead. Contactless, including Apple & Google pay is accepted – sorry, we can’t accept cash.

Children under 14 years of age will not be carried, except when they are accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 years or over. Where doubt exists as to the eligibility of a child for unaccompanied travel, it is the responsibility of the passenger claiming such eligibility to produce evidence of age. As safety is our main priority, all passengers including unaccompanied children must wear a seatbelt at all times where the service requires it and seatbelts are provided.

For large groups, please complete our contact form and we’ll discuss your requirements with you.

If you make an online booking at aircoach.travel your seat is guaranteed on your selected journey.

Tickets for Aircoach UK services can’t be changed once purchased and a non-refundable (subject to our terms and conditions).

Please complete our contact form before booking so we can discuss your requirements with you.
